account. AfroVeda appreciates your interest in our products, and we

qualify to order wholesale you must be a retailer and have a Sales/Use Tax
Resale Permit or Business License from your jurisdiction, and must fax
or mail a photocopy of license or permit to the AfroVeda administration fax number or address listed on the Contact Us page
within 14 days of placing initial order for goods. Our fax number is 972-266-2900. If this applies to you and/or your business, please fill

HOW TO APPLY
Once
you complete the registration form below and submit your application
your account will be sent to the AfroVeda Wholesale department for
approval. Once approved you will receive an email from us stating your application was approved. You will then be able to use your login information chosen during registration to access the AfroVeda Wholesale E-Catalog and online ordering system. Most qualified customers will be approved within 48 hours.
